Chemical Bulk Storage Limited (CBSL) can offer product storage, management services and logistics solutions for companies wishing to import or export bulk chemicals on the island of Ireland.
CBSL is a COMAH (Lower Tier) accredited chemical storage
facility, with a total working capacity of 4,635 cubic metres (m3),
spread over 4 bulk storage tanks. The site also has a road
tanker loading facility for top and bottom loading and a weighbridge facility.
The tanks are sea fed from the Tivoli Bulk Liquid Berth,
which is 115.8 metres in length and has a depth of 5.8 metres (Chart Datum Cork).
Products stored at the facility include, acetic anhydride, ammonium sulphate and solvents. The site has 3 x mild steel tanks each with a working capacity of 1015m³ and 1 x stainless steel (316L)
tank of 1590m³capacity.
CBSL also offers weighbridge services including Verified
Gross Mass (VGM) certificates in accordance with the
International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Verified Gross
Mass requirements (SOLAS - Safety Of Life At Sea).
